Certificates and Self-certifications

Public sector authorities and Administrators of public services can no longer demand nor accept from private individuals certificates issued by other public offices. Therefore, if you need to certify acts or facts regarding your university career to a public body or private administrators of public services, you must present a self-declaration, which substitutes the certificate in all effects of law.

To make certified declarations to the University, use the following forms:

FORM FOR A DECLARATION SUBSTITUTING A CERTIFICATE (on the second page you will find the uses permitted by the regulation)

FORM FOR A DECLARATION SUBSTITUTING A NOTARY ACT (on the second page you will find the uses permitted by the regulation)

SELF CERTIFICATION OF PAST ACADEMIC RECORD
