For years after the first, enrolment is automatic on payment of the first instalment of fees. For information on how fees are calculated using ISEE see the Fees Notice.
During August, go to the Online Services page and make the payment (payment methods). The deadline is 8 October 2020. After the deadline, you can still enrol, but you will incur an extra charge, as indicated in the Fees Notice.
Follow the online safety training course, if you have not done it before.
If you need to submit your study plan, click here.
Following payment, non-EU students must present their residence permit to the Student Secretariat. If it has expired, it should still be presented together with the request for renewal. Alternatively, the authenticated copies can be submitted by post.
If you do not undertake any academic activities for a certain number of years, your studies lapse. For information, see: Suspending-interrupting studies webpage.
Enrolment in courses with mandatory requirements or additional training obligations (OFA)
In courses with mandatory requirements or additional training obligations, you must gain a minimum number of CFUs and/or complete certain examinations or activities in order to pass to the next year of the course. On enrolment, the Student Secretariat will check your record. If you have not satisfied the mandatory requirements, or completed the additional training obligations, you are granted a temporary ‘conditional’ enrolment and allowed a specific period of time (depending on your course) to regularise your enrolment. If you satisfy the mandatory requirement in the time allowed, you will be enrolled normally in your course, otherwise you will be enrolled as a student ‘exceeding the number of years of study’ (intermediate).
Enrolment as a student exceeding the number of years of study – student repeating studies
You will be enrolled as a STUDENT EXCEEDING THE NUMBER OF YEARS OF STUDY, if you have attended all the course years and all the classes required to enrol for a degree or diploma examination, but have not yet passed all the required examinations or the final examination. The enrolment procedure as a student exceeding the number of years of study is the same as for enrolment in years after the first and must be completed by 8 October 2020.
If you are enrolled as a student exceeding the number of years of study, you are not obliged to attending classes.
See the advise of Student Secretariat.
You will be enrolled as a STUDENT REPEATING STUDIES, if:
- you are enrolled as a student exceeding the number of years of study and you change your study plan;
- you have not obtained all the attendance certificates, if these are required for your course of study.
Enrolment as a student exceeding the number of years of study or student repeating studies of the last year results in an increase in the second instalment equal to a 10% of the enrolment fee and required contributions. See Fees Notice.
