In these days, an important work has been done to prepare the "Joint Protocol regulating the measures to fight and contain the widespread of Covid-19” (the English version will be released soon). The protocol has been discussed with trade unions and heads of department with the aim of codifying a common set of rules one has to respect to allow for a progressive, safe return to all activities. This document will be updated and implemented regularly in the incoming weeks: please, check the webpage regularly.
Following the requests presented by the heads of department we also felt the necessity to introduce a new request form to access the premises of the University of Trieste (and its partners) that must be filled in by anyone with such a need for 18 May to 2 June 2020.
The purpose of this form (a copy of it – complete of all the necessary signatures - must be kept at all times while at UniTS) - is for the applicants to take full responsibility on their health and their awareness of the rules they have to follow and for heads of department and administration managers to organise on-site activities in compliance with the current safety regulations.
