If you have lost your password or you want to retrieve it you need to get a new password. Attach a copy of your ID card printed on both sides (make a scan copy or a photocopy – to be clearer write down the number of your ID). Add also your phone number and email. PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS Upon your enrolment you will receive your credentials (USERID and PASSWORD) which allow you to access some Online Services. You will gain your student status only upon enrolment. Credentials: username: it is formed by an “s” followed by a sequence of numbers (6 or more). You cannot change it. password: it is automatically generated. You cannot change it.
