Dedicated to " prospective alumni” is HOMECOMING ", the virtual aperitif with successful UniTS graduates who, on Wednesday 15 December at 6 pm, will talk about their professional experience.
Stories of outstanding careers coming from the most diverse fields of knowledge that will interest, entertain and above all inspire the many young people that have chosen the University of Trieste as their springboard.
The event, open to students, recent graduates, PhDs, professors, UniTS alumni but also to those interested to get an idea of what it means to be part of the University of Trieste community, will be held in mixed mode: in presence at the Sala Cappella, III floor, Former Military Hospital, Via Fabio Severo 40 and live on the UniTS youtube channel.
The meeting starts at 6pm, with the introduction of Rector Prof. Roberto Di Lenarda, followed by the contributions of testimonials/UniTs outstanding alumni, moderated by journalist Micol Brusaferro:
Diego Marani (in videoconference from Paris), Director of the Italian Cultural Institute in Paris, graduated in Interpreting-Translation;
Beatrice Fiorentino (in person), General Delegate to the International Critics' Week at Venice Film Festival, graduated in Literature;
Leonardo Sonzio (in videoconference from Copenhagen), Vice President and Fleet Manager at AP Moller Maersk, graduated in Naval Engineering;
Luigi Schiraldi (in videoconference from Lausanne), Assistant Physician at CHUV / Centre hospitalier universitaire Vaudois, graduated in Medicine and Surgery;
Eleonora Vanello (in presence), “Productivity Club Scotland, Program” Manager at Scottish Council for Development and Industry, graduated in Economics, International Trade and Financial Markets, followed by a Master's degree in Business Sciences.
From 7 pm, it will be possible to talk to the testimonials during the AperiChat, a unique opportunity to ask for more information, advice and satisfy any curiosity about the big jump into the world of work .
Those who have registered and participate, will receive a UniTS gadget to be collected at the University.
